Hyundai Creta N Line Revealed, Bookings Now Open

Ahead of its scheduled launch on March 11th, Hyundai has unveiled the eagerly anticipated Hyundai Creta N Line. The Hyundai enthusiasts can now reserve their spot for this dynamic SUV with booking open online or at authorized dealerships across India, requiring a deposit of Rs 25,000.

Design Updates

The Hyundai Creta N Line showcases a refreshed grille adorned with the emblematic ‘N Line’ badge, alongside a renovated front bumper design complemented by striking red accents. Enhancing its profile are newly introduced 18-inch alloy wheels, accentuated by vibrant red brake calipers and inserts on the skid plate, while a dual-tip exhaust adds a touch of sporty sophistication.

As the more dynamic version of the standard Creta, the Creta N Line proudly showcases 'N Line' badges adorning its front, side, and rear exteriors. Additionally, a distinctive feature exclusive to the Creta N Line is the captivating Thunder Blue hue, complemented by a sleek black roof for an added touch of elegance.

Interior Updates

While the complete interior remains under wraps, a recent teaser image offers a glimpse into the refreshed cabin of the Creta N Line, featuring a sleek all-black theme. Highlighting this design are striking red accents adorning the dashboard, along with contrasting red stitching enhancing both the gear lever and upholstery. Furthermore, the package will include the distinctive N Line-specific steering wheel, adding a sporty touch to the overall ambiance.

Features and Safety Tech

Derived from higher variants of the standard Creta, the Creta N Line is expected to share similar features. It is anticipated to include dual 10.25-inch displays, catering to both instrumentation and infotainment needs, along with dual-zone air conditioning, wireless phone charging, and ventilated front seats, mirroring the amenities found in the standard Creta.

Hyundai has confirmed that the Creta N Line will be equipped with six airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and hill assist. We also anticipate it to incorporate some of the advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) offered in the standard Creta.

Powertrain Details

The Creta N Line is set to be driven by the identical 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine, offering 160 PS and 253 Nm of torque, similar to its standard counterpart. However, it is expected to offer the choice between a 6-speed manual transmission and the existing 7-speed DCT (dual-clutch automatic transmission).

As the N Line iteration of the SUV, we anticipate the Creta to feature a slightly modified suspension configuration and enhanced steering response for superior handling, distinguishing it from the standard model. Additionally, a more dynamic exhaust system could be available, contributing to a sportier driving experience.

Anticipated to debut with a starting price of Rs 17.50 lakh (ex-showroom), the Hyundai Creta N Line is set to compete directly against the Kia Seltos GTX+ and X-line. Also, it presents a compelling sporty alternative to contenders such as the Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun GT Line, and MG Astor.
